Design Thinking (DT) is a relatively new term used to describe a creative way for problem solving, whichleads to innovative solutions that work better for people and brings value to all stakeholders.
Since DT is as a human-centric approach, theoretically it can be applied to every aspect of HR. Existing users take Design Thinking as a tool offering enormous potential for creating work environments that improve productivity and employee satisfaction. It also leads to the creation of solutions that are desirable, feasible, and viable all at the same time, to the benefit of individuals and the organization itself.

Mrs. NG , Florence 伍謝倩雯女士
Having worked as a Human Resource Leader for over 20 years mostly in the financial industry and public service sector both in Hong Kong and Canada, Mrs Florence Ng has been actively involved in human resources as a generalist, with outstanding accomplishments in organizational capability and leadership development, rewards, organizational effectiveness and regional resources management. She is a pioneer in developing and implementing in-house coaching and mentoring programmes to unlock the potentials of individuals through coaching and on-the-job experience. The organizations she served including Philips, Aetna, Workers Compensation Board, Standard Chartered Bank, Lloyds Bank, CIBC and HSBC. Florence holds the degrees in MBA and BA (Hons) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong; MSc (Engineering) from the University of Hong Kong; and the destination of Certified Human Resource Professional (Ontario, Canada). She was the award winner of the 2008 “Best HR Leader” in Hong Kong.
