繆少群女士
認可調解員，深圳市民商事調解中心調解員
國家高級企業培訓師
繆女士畢業於香港中文大學英文系,香港大學犯罪學碩士,香港理工大學對外漢語教學碩士。持英國諾定咸大學(Post Grad)教育文憑。具多年公共事務顧問及培訓經驗，特別專長於政府、社區、傳媒關係和危機傳訊及管理。曾任公私營機構傳訊部門主管、廉政公署培訓主任等，並取得中國國家高級企業培訓師(副教授級)資格。
繆女士於2005年考取專業調解員資格，開始提供調解服務及出任調解課程導師及考評員。她於2009年成立專業和解顧問中心，培訓調解學員。2011年，繆女士獲委任為深圳民商事調解中心調解員，而在2012年更獲珠海市職工教育和職業培訓協會委任為高端服務業技能人才培訓專家。另外，繆女士設計的「國家調解員專業培訓證書課程」,榮獲中國職協2012年優秀科研成果課件類二等獎，並引進香港成為首個國家調解員專業培訓證書課程。多年來培訓上千調解員,其中包括社福界同工。 |

Exercises, such as media interviews and press conference role plays and discussion and projects in formulation of own Corporate Communications strategies and tactics will be conducted during the workshop.
