卜福晨先生
MSW, M.Phil (Communications)
MSc (Information System), RSW, MHKCS
自90年代開始，卜先生曾在不同社會服務領域擔任管理職位，並在各大專院校兼任講師及導師，並連續多年被邀請在社會工作管理課程中擔任嘉賓講者。除了取得社會工作碩士外，他亦獲得哲學碩士(傳播)及科學碩士(資訊系統)學位。他並為香港電腦學會會員。
