黃先生過去十多年從事服務及政策研究的工作，涉及政策課題廣泛，包括社會發展、房屋、貧窮、幼兒、婦女、就業問題等。曾於2010及2011年任香港特別行政區政府中央政策組兼職顧問。黃先生在1992年於香港大學取得社會工作學士學位，並於1997年獲香港科技大學頒授哲學碩士（社會科學）學位。黃先生現為香港大學社會學系博士候選人，亦是一名註冊社工。

曾於香港城市大學擔任高級副研究員，其後任職於非政府組織從事研究及政策倡議工作。

Mrs Helina Yuk is the Former Director of the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Lady MacLehose Centre, leading the agency for 18 years to develop different new and innovative service projects catering for the needs of the disadvantaged community. She has extensive experience in social welfare agency administration and has worked with different government and private funding bodies to provide various pilot and evidence-based services for the deprived targets. Mrs. Yuk is now serving as a guest lecturer at the Social Work Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Recently, she also established a non-profit organization "Social Work Mission" to promote the professionalism of social work.

Susan So is the Director of Hong Kong Society for the Protection of Children, which is one of pioneers in child care services since 1926. HKSPC provides child care, early education and enhance social development of children, is dedicated to partner with parents to build a good foundation for children in their lifelong learning and development and has a special interest to protect vulnerable or deprived children and promote their welfare.

Susan is a social worker and a family therapist that has over 30 years of experience in direct practice, training and management for children, youth and family services. She is active in professional as well as policy issues and has been an active advocate on policy and social issues that affect children and families.

長期以來在房屋、醫療、人權、社會保障等政策範圍作倡導工作。在過去十多年，主要的倡導範圍是醫療融資、貧窮、退休保障等問題。曾任社聯政策研究及倡導委員會主席/副主席，現亦是社區組織協會董事會主席及香港社會保障學會副主席。

黃洪博士現為香港中文大學社會工作學系副教授、香港亞太研究所生活質素研究中心主任及社會創新研究中心副主任。他於中大社會工作學系本科畢業,並于英國華威大學修讀勞工社會學碩士及社會學博士。他關心勞工、社會保障及貧窮等社會議題,亦曾就邊緣勞工、露宿者、失業青年等社群進行研究及發表著作。他參與推動社區經濟發展的計劃,以及推動全民養老金的爭取。黃洪現為樂施會董事會成員。
