NGO In-house Course: The WorkPlace Big Five Profile 4.0 Personality Assessment and Competency Development
The WorkPlace Big Five Profile 4.0 personality assessment is based on the Five-Factor Model of Personality. The assessment will reveal an individual’s 5 personality supertraits and 23 subtraits that simply and clearly explain work-related behaviors found in day-to-day encounters with co-workers, employees, managers and colleagues. A Trait and Narrator Report (bundled) will be offered to each participant.
Riding on the leadership competency profile developed in previous modules, a tailored Trait Capacitor Report would also be offered with the estimation of the participant’s energy capacity for various leadership competencies.
After analysing the profile, we will help participants identify their developmental needs with recommended actions.

George is a certified Corporate Coach, a Certified Behavioral Consultant, an accredited MBTI administrator and practitioner and also a certified trainer in “KnowBrainer”, an innovation and process programme from USA. He has over 15 years of senior management experience throughout Asia Pacific with Fortune 500 and regional companies. Companies he has worked with before in Hong Kong/Macau include: Mass Mutual Insurance, Dragon Air, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Hong Kong CSL, Macau International Airport, Marco Polo Group of Hotels; and in China: GT Group. He has also provided training in India, Thailand, Korea and Singapore. Prior to setting up his own regional training and consultancy, he was Director of Service Quality Centre belonging to part of the Singapore Airlines Group. George earned both Bachelor and Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, USA.

林女士在社會服務界別擁有超過10年的經驗，主力於NGO能力建設和跨界別合作發展等領域。她於2007年協助香港社會服務聯會成立了HKCSS Institute，旨在促進業界的機構管理質素。她亦曾為不同的機構提供機構評估及人才發展等管理顧問項目，並主力負責業界的薪酬調查及領導模式等研究工作。林女士是認可的DISC職業行為分析師(IML)、Big5諮詢師(CentACS)及Harrison AssessmentsTM 培訓員，並擁有行政人員工商管理碩士(HKUST) 、社會心理學碩士(LSE) 及管理顧問專業文憑(HKU)。
