游秀慧女士致力倡導以復元為本及實證為導向的精神健康服務發展，領導新生會營運逾60個服務單位/項目及23項社會企業，每年服務18,000名精神病康復者及其家屬；同時積極推廣精神健康及預防、研究、培訓及發展等。游女士獲委任多項公職，包括精神健康政策檢討委員會、社會福利諮詢委員會、社會企業諮詢委員會、監護委員會、整筆撥款督導委員會等。游女士現為香港社會服務聯會執行委員會委員。她是第一屆社會服務管理人員發展課程舊生。

Virginia has more than 25 years of experience in advertising and marketing for a number of industries including FMCG, cosmetics and home furnishings retailing.
