社會服務機構知識管理訓練證書
目標
The objective of the programme is to equip participants with actionable knowledge with a range of applicable KM methods and techniques that can be practiced and adopted by participants in the social service sector. All basic principles will be illustrated through a series of real-life examples. Leading KM experts with years of KM implementation experience will be invited as guest speakers to share their experience on KM implementation.

She is working as Knowledge Management(KM) Specialist in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and is responsible for conducting KM projects for internal business units and external corporate clients where she acquired extensive KM training and consultancy experience with leading companies, including CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd, Dragon Air Ltd, Hong Kong Post and the HKSAR. She is currently the program director and trainer for the Certified Knowledge Professionals course at the PolyU.
