財務管理及會計實務基礎證書課程（專為文職及會計人員而設）- 單元一至單元四

簡介

有很多在社會服務單位或總部擔任後勤工作的同事，因沒有充分理解業界運用資助的原則或文化，不但工作效能未能全面發揮，而且對工作也匱乏滿足感。此證書課程旨在裝備文職及會計人員的基礎常規財務管理和會計實務知識，以應付每天的任務，甚或能承擔更多的責任，包括與高層管理人員緊密合作。

此課程以參加者修讀所有單元而設立，並以每一個單元連接起來，期望讓參加者能掌握會計實務和提升會計知識與技巧。課程以講授方式進行，並加入堂上實務練習和案例研習，讓參加者能掌握和處理實務上的疑難。本課程適合受社署資助及非受社署資助的社福機構參加者報讀。

增進參加者的基礎常規財務管理和會計實務知識，提升技能，以至能在服務機構擔當相關的角色
提高參加者工作的自信，在處理會計實務時能有更全面的認識，讓他們與其他非會計背景的同事能合作無間

主講嘉賓	:	Mr. LAM Steve 林志輝先生 BSc (Econ), MBA, FCMA, CPA (Aust), FCPA Financial Management Consultant Mr. Steve Lam was previously the Deputy Director (Finance & General Administration) of a local NGO. With his experiences in the financial profession of over 30 years and in the social service organisations, he can provide insights to NGO staff in topics relating to financial management. Prior to joining NGO sector, he had rich experiences in financial and management accounting, financial management and taxation in the commercial sector. Steve is also an experienced trainer in many similar training courses for social work professionals and is a popular speaker in many NGO seminars with topics in relation to financial management. He is now an Honorary Lecturer in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of the Hong Kong University and currently holds the qualifications of Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Management Accountant and Certified Practising Accountant (Australia).

甄選準則

本課程並非採用先到先得的報名方式，HKCSS Institute及導師會就報名人士進行甄選。
以下的參加者將獲優先考慮：
- 報讀整個證書課程（共四個單元）的同工；及
- 小型或中型社福機構的同工。
本課程只接受以支票方式繳交學費（支票抬頭：香港社會服務聯會）。

證書

修讀個別單元課程的學員，如個別單元的出席率達80%或以上，可獲由HKCSS Institute頒發的出席證書。
