在數碼轉型的新世代下,人與人之間的聯繫及溝通都有著不同程度的改變。隨著數碼轉型的大趨勢,社福機構在傳統的線下服務模式以外,亦可善用數碼及社交媒體平台提升服務知名度,同時更有效地發掘及連繫到潛在的服務對象。科技日新月異,社福界應如何裝備自己,提升數碼營銷和社交媒體管理的知識和技能,讓機構在充滿挑戰的社會下仍能有效地發揮其影響力?隨著元宇宙 (metaverse) 、增強現實 (AR) 及虛擬現實 (VR) 等嶄新概念及科技的出現,社福界又如何掌握這些數碼大趨勢對社會發展的影響,甚至把它們應用於社會服務中?
HKCSS Institute 與 Meta 合作舉辦第三屆「社福機構數碼宣傳企劃系列:Facebook 及Instagram 管理工作坊」,讓社福界同工提升數碼營銷及社交媒體的知識及應用技巧,並洞悉數碼轉型的大趨勢,為日後創新的營銷手法做好準備。
Objective
- To equip the participants with the latest updates on the use of Facebook and Instagram tools and resources for NGOs to reach out more effectively to their target groups for various good causes
- To demonstrate the best practices in Hong Kong to inspire NGOs and embark the digital transformation journey
- To enhance the PR and communication strategies of NGOs so as to maximize the influence of NGOs and create a positive impact in the communities through the digital platform

Michelle is an Education Program Partner specialized in the Higher Education and Social Good Programs in the APAC region. To date, she has trained over 12K diverse audiences including industry professionals, students, educators and non-profits, enriching their understanding towards Meta products and marketing solutions.
Prior to Meta, she was a Digital Marketing Specialist at Google Ads, educating agencies and clients on campaign optimization and product troubleshooting.

Head of Government and Social Impact - Hong Kong, Taiwan, Central Asia
Meta
Aurora Li is Head of Government and Social Impact - Hong Kong, Taiwan, Central Asia at Meta, with focus on public sectors. Since she joined Meta in 2019, Aurora has covered major elections, government campaigns and education in the region. Prior to Meta, Aurora has spent more than a decade in the field of digital developments, including in partnership and marketing positions for Google, Ogilvy, and Baidu, among others.
Ms. NG Chiman 吳子敏女士
Strategic Partner Manager, News Partnerships, Greater China Region
Meta
Chiman trains and implements the strategic vision for the biggest media organization in Greater China Region, she works with publishers on business optimization and innovation on Meta’s platform. She started her career at Asia Television Hong Kong, and later moved Television Broadcasts Limited and Hong Kong i-Cable News Limited as a News anchor and China correspondent. She was an award winning journalist and has a master’s degree in Politics of China from SOAS University of London.
Ms. LEE Charis 李卓蓓女士
Policy Programs Manager (Hong Kong, Taiwan & Mongolia)
Meta
Charis is the policy programs manager at Meta, leading various programs, campaigns and partnerships in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mongolia. Her works focus on empowering stakeholders, SMBs & local communities across a range of content such as digital literacy education, digital transformation & innovation to bring social & economic impacts.
Prior to Meta, she worked at J.P. Morgan and UBS, specialized in philanthropic projects and event marketing across APAC.
Ms. TAM Maggie 譚雋蘭女士
Public Policy Manager (Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia)
Meta
Maggie is Public Policy Manager of Meta for Hong Kong, Macau and Mongolia. In this role, Maggie works closely with the government, policymakers, political parties and NGOs on relevant public policy issues, programs and partnerships. Prior to joining Meta, Maggie has held various roles of public affairs and communications equipped with hands-on issue management and community relations experience and diverse industry knowledge, most notably in two of Hong Kong's largest conglomerates, Swire Properties and New World Development.
Maggie started her career as a journalist at South China Morning Post after earning a journalism and communications bachelor’s degree from Hong Kong Baptist University. She also took her master’s degree at the University of Hong Kong in public administration. |

【Application Guideline】
- This Master Class is not offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Screening of applications by Meta and HKCSS Institute may apply.
- With Meta’s sponsorship, participants can join the Master Class at no charge. Nevertheless, a refundable cheque deposit in the amount of HK$500 is required for enrollment in the Master Class.
- Upon submission of this online application form, please arrange a crossed cheque for the refundable course deposit ($500) to be sent to HKCSS Institute within 5 working days. Please write your full name, organisation name and contact number at the back of the cheque and post it to HKCSS Institute together with a self-addressed stamped envelope (for returning of the $500 cheque deposit later).

- Applications without the $500 cheque deposit will not be processed for shortlisting or enrollment.
- The refundable $500 cheque deposit will be returned to applicants upon successful completion of the Master Class with 80% or above attendance.
- If any participant fails to attend the Master Class or cannot meet the 80% attendance requirement, the $500 cheque deposit will not be returned and the deposit will be cashed.
- For unsuccessful applications, the refundable $500 cheque deposit will be returned within 30 working days after the enrollment deadline.
(Note: For applications WITHOUT a self-addressed stamped envelope / complete postal address / sufficient postage fee, applicants would have to bear the responsibility of mail delay or failure in getting back the cheque deposit.)
【Certificate】
- Participants who have attained 80% or above attendance of the Master Class will be awarded a certificate of completion jointly issued by Meta and HKCSS Institute.
- Participant who fails to attend the Master Class or cannot meet the 80% or above attendance requirement will not be awarded the certificate of completion.
(e.g. To fulfil the attendance requirement, participants would have to attain at least 80% of the training hours of every session of the programme.)
