For applicants with recommendation from supervisors/organizations, both the programme application form (paper/online) and organization recommendation form have to reach HKCSS Institute by 6 July 2022.)

No refund or course withdrawal will be made due to non-fulfillment of QR code scanning and Vaccine Pass verification and/ or change of course delivery mode.
