主講嘉賓	:	Ms. COZIJNSEN Laura ⾼家⽟女⼠首席溝通顧問及培訓教練萊皓思顧問有限公司⾼女⼠是⼀位中荷企業家、TEDx 演講者、傳訊培訓師，也是⼀位屢獲殊榮的主持⼈，曾主持多項備受矚⽬的國際活動。她擁有超過20 年的區域傳訊及公共關係經驗。在2006年創辦其傳訊顧問公司之前，⾼女⼠曾在媒體公司STAR TV擔任區域性職務。她在東南亞和⼤中華地區⼯作期間，對積極溝通及其跨文化應⽤產⽣了濃厚興趣，並深信溝通能⼒並非與⽣俱來，是需要學習及鍛鍊的。憑著知識和經驗，⾼女⼠多年來與無數品牌、企業緊密合作提供培訓，其擅⻑領域包括：管理者溝通與形象、團隊協作、媒體/公開演說技巧和關鍵信息制定等。透過獨特⽽精⼼設計的培訓⽅案，達致⼼態重塑、技巧提升，並以企業⽬標和商業考量為基礎，為機構內部發展計劃的成功作出貢獻。迄今為⽌，於亞洲區已有超過7,000 ⼈從⾼女⼠的培訓與顧問服務中受益。⾼女⼠擁有歐洲⼯商管理學院(INSEAD)碩⼠學位，並曾接受欣賞式探詢(Appreciative Inquiry)、⾏動學習法(Action Learning)和劍橋⼤學商學院企業多元共融管理的培訓。她深諳多國文化、精通英語、普通話和粵語兩文三語，靈活運⽤⾃⾝的多元背景和語⾔優勢，全⾯呈現獨特的多元文化視⾓。她是位書本愛好者，亦對咖啡及她的黃⾦尋回⽝情有獨鍾。
