主講嘉賓	:	Ms. TSANG Ella Z. 曾善榆女士臨床心理學家 - StoryTaler說書人成員說書人曾善榆(Ella) 是一名臨床心理學家、講師和精神健康倡議者；同時也是一位花藝師。她經歷了長達十年以上的精神健康挑戰，致力於善用自己的知識和經歷，來推動消除精神健康歧視和進行倡議。她目前擔任刺針精神病學委員會精神健康親歷經驗研究(Lancet Psychiatry Commission on Lived Experience Mental Health Research)親歷經驗諮詢委員會 (Lived Experience Advisory Board)的成員，並於香港中文大學攻讀臨床心理學博士學位。 Ella 也是一名兼職大學講師和心理學本科生的實習督導。曾小姐獲得了赫爾大學犯罪學 (心理學) 學士學位，後來又獲得了香港中文大學心理學碩士和臨床心理學碩士學位。她於2020 年加入說書人，致力於推廣精神健康，減少對精神病的偏見。 Ms. CHAN Heidi 帶領員/ 故事分享者 - StoryTaler說書人成員說書人 Heidi於香港醫學美容行業工作接近18年，工作涉及市場推廣、人力資源、營運行政等範疇，壓力指數一直有增無減。經歷抑鬱及焦慮症十多年，希望透過參與說書人工作以及自身的分享，推動職場精神健康。Heidi是說故事帶領員、精神健康講座的講者及故事分享者，曾於不同的企業及學校分享，亦曾參與媒體拍攝及傳媒訪問，同時亦是GCDF職涯發展師(Global Career Development Facilitator)，ICF (International Coaching Federation) 的認證教練、及WRAP身心健康行動計劃(Wellness Recovery Action Plan) 帶領員。 Ms. LI Vicky 李穎祺女士主管 (人才發展) 香港社會服務聯會
