來到 MMDP 四個月的學習旅程中段，「Play & Co-Create」環節將會透過體驗式學習活動，為參加者提供一個建立並深化同儕連結的好機會，同時開闊視野，凝聚信任，構建強大的 MMDP 支援網絡，讓參加者進一步學習帶領、啟發及賦能團隊，成為高效且具啟發性的團隊領袖。
